Lash extensions are an investment, and how you care for them in the first 48 hours matters just as much as the weeks after.
Here are five habits our clients swear by:
1. Keep them dry for the first 24 hours. Water, steam and sweat can weaken the bond before it's fully cured.
2. Skip oil-based cleansers and makeup removers around the eyes. Oil breaks down lash adhesive faster than almost anything else.
3. Brush daily with a clean spoolie. This keeps lashes separated and stops them tangling into knots overnight.
4. Sleep on your back where you can, or invest in a silk pillowcase. Side-sleeping is the single biggest cause of premature fallout.
5. Book fills every 2-3 weeks. Natural lashes shed in a cycle, so regular fills keep a set looking full rather than sparse.
